Guys, been playing the Mizuno mp30's for a while now and have been thinking about investing in some new irons. I always liked the mp60's but wasn't convinced the change would have much effect as they seemed to be only a slight improvement on my mp30's.

My question is does anyone have these mp57's? if so what's your feedback as i have read some mixed reviews. Of course i'm going to give a few sets a test on the range before i buy but I'm a mizuno man and i think i always will be!

cheers

Pinseeker,

was an MP30 man myself until I had a go with the 57s early last year. A lot more forgiving than the 30s. A little higher flight than the 30s but all in all a very good club indeed.

Sorry cant help on this one, I tried both clubs for some fun but couldn’t hit either consistently enough to get a good feel for them. They sure do look good through.

Being in Ascot you aint going to have to travel far to the world of golf to get fitted for them.

Tried the 57's when I got my 52's. Wasn't actually that much between them to be fair, the 52's help launch the ball a bit higher, as they are designed to do. I think they will be slightly less forgiving than the 52's also.

To be fair you cant go wrong going mizuno. May be better to get fitted with an open mind though.

See sig.

I really rate them. superb when middled, a little forgiveness on mishits, not too forgiving though.

Lovely to look down on also.

First set of mizzy's (comp prize), don't think my alegiance will shift any time soon.

I think it is fair to say that anyone who has hit them and middled it have had their heads turned. ;)
