Just wondering if anyone had noticed any difference between boron injected (JPX 900 forged) and the original 1025 forged steel (JPX 800 forged, JPX ez forged)

I have the 850 forged, which have the boron stuff.

They are very similar profile to the mp54'service but a little hotter off the face.

Allows a 19h/c chopper like me to play forged clubs.

i recently went to a mizuno day and tried some of the new clubs with the Boron.

900 tour din't feel as soft as my mp 4's but the the wedges did feel the same as my MP10 .

The Mizuno guy did say the Boron helped the groves stay sharper for longer.... but who knows.

With my cynical hat on I'm going to say that on a robot golfer system there will be a discernible difference.
To you and me..?
Probably nothing...

The 900 forged contains Boron, the 900 Tour is just 1025 GF..
I've seen reviews that show little difference between the 2....

I found the mp5 felt better than the mp25 when I tried them, I don't know if this was to do with Boron in the mp25 or the fact there a different design.
