I've got the previous version of the Aerolite bag, although I really only use it in the winter as I trolley in the summer. Good bag though - I'd certainly recommend it.

My mizuno gtx stand bag was great for a year but one of the support straps recently snapped from what appears to be weathering. No big deal as I was able to use a different point to connect it. I would buy it again though.

Mizuno make great bags, ask Region3 he has just won one. ;)

It does indeed look very nice, and the straps look (and feel) very well padded and comfortable. Looks like enough space to put plenty of gear in, although not as much as a cart bag obviously.

I like using my trolley so much though that it'll probably be winter before it gets an airing on the course.

I have a mizuno aerolite standbag and it's ok apart from the legs have never worked right. When you go to stand it up the legs don't spring out enough by themselves so I have to pull them fully out with my hand/foot so it stands up. It may just be a fault with mine and mine is the older style but might be worth trying one out in a shop first If you can.

Had a GTX and it was great for a year before it went. One of the metal collars round a hole where the strap enters the bag twisted and pulled - the sharp edge made a neat three inch slice in my waterproof jacket before I'd noticed.

I took the metal collar out, and it lasted another two weeks before the strap tore off the bag (mid round).

The legs were never the best, as was the case with an Osaka I had a few years ago, so I reckon it must be the Mizuno design. THe "kabuki" divider system is terrific, though.

Verdict: giving them a miss for a while. Now have a Callaway which seems fine, and had a decent TM one before the last Miz.

I have the Aerolite III. The only negative is the leg mechanism, as mentioned above. I've learned to live with it and it doesn't bother me. I'd definitely think about buying another as it's so light.

That Twister bag looks so good if I had done a bit more research I would be using that instead of my Burner bag
