While watching the Celtic game last night, as they were playing quite well, I decided to bet them [in play] to score in both halves. I placed my £10 bet at 38 minutes just as the price went to 10/1, a few minutes later Celtic got a penalty and scored.
I jumped up and clapped and roared , the wife was shocked as I'm a Rangers fan, and even more shocked when they scored in the second half winning me £110,and I did it again cheering like a true Celtic fan. Mixed feelings no, well done Celtic.

Being from the same part of the world as yourself, I understand the rivalry and also the bigotry that is associated with some of the fans of both clubs, but even given that I've never understood why folk don't want to see clubs from their own country beat clubs from abroad. Especially in European competition when your own club also benefits as the co-efficient is so important these days for small countries like ours.
