Missing Direct Golf gift card in subscriber copies of January 2012 issue UPDATE

As suspected no subs copies had the DG gift card inserted before they were emailed out. An error at the outworkers. We are hoping to get them sent out to everyone in the post this week so you'll still have 4 weeks to use them

Thats quite an expensive solution with all that postage

Do all the cards have different codes or one code unique to GM?
If one code, cant this be emailed out to all subscribers and pubished on the GM website
