So, after me woes again with the big stick I have ordered a tm aero burner tp mini driver, hoping to find that bit more consistency with it, it means taking driver out of the bag for the first time in a long long time.
How have people found the the differences between mini driver and driver, yardage and dispersion. I love my 3 wood, hit it great and like it off the tee also, but hoping the mini driver gives another option.

Happy days shewy I'm looking forward to seeing if there is much difference.
Os I think it's like comfort blanket thing, I hit driver always off our first tee, I like having the larger head for that first shot, I hoping the mini will have that little bit bigger head to give a little more confidence, silly I know, but golf is a huge confidence game for me.

Need to update my sig, I went from the 14 degree sldr to the 12 degree aero mini.

I still have a driver, but rarely take it with me. I'm not a big hitter but currently average around 230 with the mini according to game golf. I'd imagine if we ever get a summer that'll improve.

If I button I can get it to 250 ish.

The driver was probably 245 average but hit that average a lot less. And if buttoned 270. I'd like to learn to hit driver again as it will help. But atm, I just step in the mini if I'm really confident.

When I first got my TM Aeroburner mini I thought it was brilliant, much straighter than the driver and only about 20 yards shorter - then after a while I began blocking it to the right or skying my drives, things I'd previously been doing with my driver. The bad shots aren't as bad as before, so the mini driver does help.
