He has all the charisma of a potato, caught some of his commentary the other day and had to turn it off, it was awful. Owen commentating is almost as bad as Adrian Chiles doing the champions league.

Bring back Mark Lawrenson. Actually BT had Andy Gray on for an FA cup match in the last round. Forget what happened at Sky for which he got punished (rightly) but it was a pleasure to hear him back and somebody that actually had an opinion and could engage with the viewing public. I wonder if they were testing the water (public backlash) to consider a more permanent arrangement
