Anyone know if Menmore Golf Club, Leighton Buzzard, is still open?

Nope, not for a long time...

Heard yesterday that there is a possibility that it will re-open later this year. No other info on that.

It went under over a year ago, subsequently the owner has repurchased. There are various stories doing the rounds as to if and when it will reopen and whether it will still be 36 holes or just 18, whether he will ever get planning to build the hotel he wants etc etc

As tempting as it would be for me geographically, I could not be involved given the trading history.

yeah seems to be, if the owner gets his way i expect it becomes a hotel and 18 holes, but think hes failed on planning for the hotel before
