I want to know also, I want a cheap 3 wood to play when the driver is too long a club and I am considering this.

MD woods have always been good quality at a great price so do not think that you will go far wrong with one. Personally at that price point I prefer Benross woods and love my VX Proto. Still have no idea how they can sell a club with a great head voodoo shaft and multi compound grip at the price they do

I don't have the fairway wood but do have the 21 degree hybrid and that is a decent club. I hit it well and it has a nice flight to it. I was looking at the superstrong drver as I have heard good things about it...

Nice clubs. I had a set of MD woods once but unfortunately purchased the "draw" versions by mistake and was hitting massive hooks with everything.

If you want a good cheap 3 wood look at the 2009 version of the Cleveland Launcher.

Cracking clubs, I've got the 3 wood and an 18* hybrid and they are so easy to hit. Actually replaced MD superstrong fairways with these - they were pretty solid clubs but I borrowed the cleveland from a friend and was sold almost instantly.

I purchased the 13 degree 'brassie' version last week and although its early days I have to say so far it is looking good.
I wanted an option off the tee and also a lower lofted 3 wood.

I like mine, great club for the money. It's better of a tee than off the deck but I think that may be me rather than the bat.
I have a new MD 3 wood coming from MD who are getting in a prolaunch red shaft and fitting it for me. It isnt one of their usual options but our asst pro asked specifically and it should be here midweek, cant wait to hit it. I'll stick a few more words up once I have got it and tried it out.
