That certainly fits SLDR on - so would fit my Adams!
I believe I've hit this (in Fish's SLDR) and can confirm that it's a low flight/spin beast!
If only I hadn't committed to a Code 6 - that is overdue!!

It is, however, possible to acquire an appropriate Titleist adapter and get the adapters swapped! I (and probably others) would be happy to purchase the TM/Adams adapter if it was still ok to use and a reasonable price - so maybe not too much hassle involved!
What part of the country are you based? Does you Pro do repairs'?

What's the average length of a shaft and where do you measure from & to?
I was just asked how long it is so I measured it from the butt of the grip to the end of the tip and it's 43"/110cm
Was told that's it's too short and had been cut but I've never had this cut and it's actually longer than other drivers I've got!?

That's indeed how you should measure shafts! There's an additional amount - the BBTG (bottom of bore to ground) value, to be added! For Bore through heads, like some/many Callaway and Titleist heads, that value is zero. But for TM/Adams is 2 inches or more! So the 43" long shafts goes in and makes a 45 or more length total length!
It had, of course 'been cut' as shafts generally start at 46" and are tip trimmed to provide the desired flex, then butt trimmed to the get required overall length!
I suggest you stick it back into a SLDR head and remeasure the total length. Then state both lengths.
