Re Luke's assessed 2 shot penalty, anyone seen footage yet?
The short version is: bunker shot on 9, failed to get out and then grounded club prior to next shot, didn't call penalty on himself (not sure who saw/reported it) he was advised of penalty in markers hut before signing card
I think its completely correct all players get the chance to sign for the correct score (inc pens not self imposed) no need to let them sign for wrong score then DQ them
