I can't help I'm afraid other than to suggest asking who you bought it from.
I can't even find any drivers on their website.

For £40 new I guess they would not give a wrench with it. Take it to a local pro. I'm sure, he will tell you what to do with it. But from the pics it looks like some kind of allan key will fit.
