That's the one, awarded us one penalty but totally bottled it when it came to the seconddecision which, if anything, was even clearer.
Actually don't think any ref is biased towards one specific club but there has been a study that suggests the "big" clubs do get the better of decisions compared with the lesser lights.

Apparently a training ground bust up with Van Gaal, supposedly Moyes had promised Webb the captaincy for this season, after Vidic, Ferdinand and Giggs left the team, and Howard wasn't best pleased when Van Gaal reversed that decision suggesting that it might break FA rules.

Plenty of banter and jokes between Liverpool and Man UTD over the years - I tend to stay away from the other stuff that goes on.
The Howard's Webb Man UTD connection has been running banter for years now.
