Day 5 of being off work sick, got this winter bug and been hit hard, in fact it's the longest I've been off work due to illness in over 29 years.
Even pulled out of playing golf this weekend.
Stayed wrapped up and keep healthy,

TART!!

I've had it for the last 3 weeks but I've manned up and stayed at work to spread the germs

I had it at the end of Jan. Was brutal. Ended up having 5 days off work myself. Probably didn't help that I didn't get any antibiotics until the 5th day of my illness, but jeez it was bad. Rest up mate!

I'm right at the end of my 5-7 day ManFlu episode, I've never ached so much or felt as lifeless in the middle term of it, but I stuck to Day Nurse tablets every day and Night Nurse liquid just before going to bed, I think getting a good night's sleep is everything and it's almost ran it's course now.

That link of Rooters looks interesting, that's a serious shot of vitamin C

I went down with it the week before last. Felt absolutely terrible for three days, ached all over, could hardly walk. Unusually for me, I had to have a few days off work.
Feeling a bit better now.
