A close friend is after a hybrid that has to be low loft, I've seen 16/17* versions, but nothing lower. I've already suggested something like a 4w but he has a 3w/15* and a 19/20* hybrid so wants something in the middle .

My Titleist 910H in 17 deg is one of my faves,I can reliably hit it and it goes a fair bit(220ish on a good day),I can recommend that your pal gives it a go.

Deke, I'm currently gaming an amp in 17* which on a good day is awesome, I think he wants a 15/16

Pmsl, I thought you was too young to play ping
You must be the only one on here.:mmm:

I think Ping make great woods and hybrids (Well apart from the G15 hybrids !). Just got two new i20 hybrids and they are lovely. Just never been keen on their irons, bit too chunky for me.

Plenty of Adams hybrids at 15*. The Super in black (couple of years old) can be had for a decent price.

The lowest I recall seeing were Nickent at 14* - I think they may have been the 3DX and 4DX models. Meant to be very good clubs.

More familiar would be the 15.5* Mashie which has been mentioned above.
