10 mile today, lovely morning on the coast, bit breezy, but plsnned the route so it was behind me on the 2nd 5.
Just over 1:33:00, 9:20 pace, pleased with that.

I totally get it. My constant long term shoulder issues just make me switch off. I sit down all day for the job and sometimes when the shoulder gets me down, I can’t be bothered to go for a walkI seriously need to find motivation I’ve trained about 4 in 3 times in weeks. For someone that’s usually 6 days a week I’ve just lot all desire. Was seeing good progress but the hip and shoulder has just made me lose my mojo. Need to start again this week and aim for consistency over motivation I think.
Starting a new job role today which has also had my focus rather than training. Problem is it’s a much more sedentary role than I’m used to, so need to sort myself out and get some consistency.I totally get it. My constant long term shoulder issues just make me switch off.
