Looking for grips which are not made from rubber due to an allergy....?

I have been asked to post this by a pal who is a member of the forum but has lost his log-in details.

He has been having real trouble with his mitts and eventually had tests done and has found he has an allergy to the rubber that is common in golf grips!

Apparently Winn do a soft wrap style grip made with polymer and he wonders if anyone has any experience of them,good or bad?

I have told him to stay away from Gimp suits too......:mmm:

Gamola sell a leather wrap grip in the clearance section I think, very tacky, awesome grip imo.
But I actually found it too sticky.

I remember reading about these once Dodger....I think it was on a John Daly interview. No idea on price etc but they look like decent quality.

From memory iomic's are made from some sort of elastomer. Not cheap but IMO the best grips going.
