I'm not sure if many on here subscribe to Gabes YouTube channel but I enjoy his videos. Any way he has recently started posting again and this video shows a very young lad working on the range at Gabes Golf school/College or what ever it is he is staying at...

Anyway take a look at the lads swing and practice routine

wonder if he'd be practicing as much in our crappy climate, and with the way juniors get treated here on the whole :(

I'm guessing it's a young kid with a swing that is a thing of beauty, combined with ridiculous distance? I refuse to look, I'm on medication as it is :(

Nice looking swing.
I would presume he is about 12,13,14.
Did you here on the video that he does his school work from home,4 hrs a day
then 8 hours golf.
That's impossible in this country.
Sounds like hes one for the future.

I'd of guessed 10/11 personally and yes that's a lot of practice

I'll ask in the comments section about his age

Brilliant young kid however am I the only one who has concerns regarding too much practice and the long term impact this will have on his joints and muscle development?

Very good , can he putt as he can sure hit a golf ball , with a fade I might add ,....................EYG

Good to see any kid getting into sport. I do agree that with the attitudes of some (NOT ALL) clubs towards juniors and the UK weather I wonder if the hunger and desire would be there. Of course, once a club gets a sniff of a youngster with talent doors seem to open.

It was rather good, not to much of the dipping stuff you normally see with kids. I then clicked on the link of the 22 month old hitting balls. My boy is 14 months old, I think I may show him some golf stuff, maybe take him to watch at the range. He is walking now and gave me the run around the swimming pool before the lesson. I did take him to the park with a small football, he found it rather funny watching me run about kicking it, but he may join in later ... I really just want him to enjoy sport.
