Longest Day

Myself and three friends are taking part in the Macmillan longest day this year. Four rounds in a day. I've never done more than two rounds in a day before.

Has anyone on here that's taken part in the past got any helpfull tips for us?

remember its a marathon not a race- pace yourself, change of socks each round, TONS of water, eat small and OFTEN

Kraxx is doing the same thing at Hexham GC. Gonna be a slog for him, but I'm sure he'll manage it.

I am taking part in this also. Ran a marathon last year....think this could be harder

I tend to have a shower and change clothes after two rounds. Stop for a decent meal (not too long or heavy). Plenty of water and nibbles (fruit, raisins, water) but nothing too sugary
