Longest Day Challenge

This year will be my second go at the LDC. Is anyone else participating? Did the club(s) they elected to play at give any support/freebies etc? Tips?

I'll put my tips in for anyone trying this;

• Talc - Use liberally like a squaddie with a can of lynx.
• Spare socks/shirts
• Shower after the 2nd 18th
• Drink a lot of water!
• Eat nuts/fruit and have a good breakfast/lunch too!
