Does anyone know if you go to this and haven't booked a custom fit appointment can you still hit clubs on the range? Can you just cue up and try different clubs or can you only book and pay for a customer fit? The website is unclear to me.

From what I hear queue is the key word in that question!

Just got back. Fortunately managed to avoid all forumers !

Highlight was a young women, who had a go at out driving a celebrity. She was the size of Melissa Reid but cracked her drive over 260 yards. She must have been a pro as it was just about the best swing I have seen.

I went along with my old man today. It was good to be able to hit lots of clubs. I hit the AP2's, Ping clubs that I've never hit before, Callaway, Nike irons and the Covert driver all with different shafts in them. It's helping me come closer to a decision.

I was a little disappointed on the rest. The stall selling golf gear all seemed to be trying to flog end of line stuff. There wasn't much of new lines etc on show.

I did enjoy the long drive, nearest the pin etc and had a short 10 min lesson with a pro too.
