I'm hoping to play littlehampton (pending no more snow!) next week. Can anyone give me reviews/tips on the course? From what I can gather the course isn't overly long with first nine holes quite linksy and more inland on the back nine. Anything other info would be most appreciated...

Played there twice this year and really enjoy it - but ask to play off the whites as the back tees are much better than the yellows. It is plenty long enough if the wind is blowing!

It is definitely more linksy than parkland. Plenty of space to let rip off the tee but decent bunkering, kept in great condition and fast draining so playable all year. Get a 241 voucher and it is very good value for money.

They were doing some work on the course when i played (15th hole) so had one temporary tee - but no temps and the tees were in good condition.

Hope you enjoy it, I certainly did

I'd give them a call before you are committed to go as I understand that they are doing quite a bit of work on the course at the moment, and you may find a few more temp tees/greens that you would expect.

Thanks snap, looking forward to bit of links golf so should be interesting. From what I heard it's not overly difficult but when the wind gets up, it cranks it up a few levels.

Pants - cheers, fully expect to play off a few temp tee boxes but hopefully no temporary greens, well fingers crossed anyway.... Not sure are there any member here from the course....

Played the course last week and was impressed. Ok the layout won't blow you away but it's a nice easy walking track with the first nine holes being quite linksy with some interesting tee shots thrown into the mix. There currently doing quite a bit of work to the 15th so that's a makeshift par 3 at the minute. Course was in decent nick, though the greens were a bit slow, need a cut. All in all a pleasant experience.
