Links for 'Aim-Point' principles...

Im going to throw my 2 penny worth in and say that this thread should be for those who wish to find out more about Aimpoint or those who wish to discuss it in more detail.

If you have dismissed it or its not for you, or you are a naysayer then please stay off this thread.

It may look complicated initially and the chart does look scary but let me assure those feeling nervous that it really does become second nature very quickly. I can do a read in 10-15 seconds these days and then its a quick referral to the chart and away you go. 30 seconds tops very accurate. I have given my regular partner (Hawkeye) a few reads when asked and think I surprise him sometimes with my aiming point. He's a decent putter so I will leave him alone unless asked.

so if you have an opinion thats not fawning all over it it will be deleted as mine was? it was a sensible and respectful post and to have a proper discussion you do need alternative viewpoints, wouldnt you agree?
 
I moved a few posts. You may remember a couple of weeks ago you started the "only post if you played well this weekend" thread

We had to clean up quite a few posts there and I didn't see you complaining then.

the third link is a putting drill and nothing to do with Aimpoint at all.

The other point is that you will learn the Express read (Adam Scott) style before the chart read, but the express read will supersede the Chart.

Lol, I almost spat my tea over my keyboard at that quote!

Anyway... I was on the putting green and the pro was talking about aimpoint to the chap he was teaching, I must say it sounded quite complex. I find I can see lines really well and never struggle with a read, I think being a legendary pool player must help a bit?
