hi

im after a new bag and want a very lightweight carry bag like the titleist ones , can anyone reccomend any others ? btw i dont want a pencil bag you can only fit half a set in , i need one that can fit a full set of clubs in.

thanks guys

Titleist bags are traditionally as water resistant as a tea bag.

If I was buying a new bag now, the Sunmountain H2O would get my vote, just because it is fully water proof.

If you pick up an empty carry bag, they all weigh seven tenths of nothing. It is what you put in it that counts.

The number of people happily carrying a dozen golf balls amazes me, and then they want to shave 200g off the weight of the bag.

Got this one a couple of months ago...it's a great bag.

I've been thinking about getting that bag too

What colour did you get?

I also have an OGIO Grom Stuart. It's quite a bit heavier than the Sun Mountain, but that's a great bag as well. I don't think you'll go wrong with either bag.

Looked at the Grom as well. Seemed to be that the Ozone was better if you always carried as it was bit lighter. The Grom appeared to be the ideal choice if you sometimes used a trolly as it fitted well

As I shall always carry (unlike some others on here ;)) the ozone was my choice

I've got a Nike Sasquatch.

Plenty of pockets and 14 way top divider. It might not be as light as some others, but the straps are so good you won't notice it.
I'm the original 10 stone weakling and I manage fine with it when I carry.

A lightweight bag will weigh almost the same as a normal weight bag once you've got a full set of clubs in. It may be a pound lighter empty but once the clubs, balls and evrything else are in it'll still weigh a pound less but will you be able to tell the difference between 17 pounds and 18 pounds?
Buy a bag that suits. One that has all the things you need.
