Leeds area 6 - 7th April

I've recently moved to Leeds and am yet to play any golf up here.

Looking for anyone that doesn't mind playing with a relative novice, I usually hit around 105 but broke 100 for the first time on Sunday.

I am looking to play the Cookridge course as I have been told it is quite nice and it is relatively cheap. Also has a driving range for a warm up before the round.

Any takes please give me a shout and I'll arrange, easy for anything up to a four ball.

Damn! Away in lincolnshire this weekend! Cookridge will be a mire with the recent weather. Go to Scarthingwell. £17 for a round on a weekend. Played there on Monday and it was in excellent shape for the time of year. Forgiving course too. I am sure someone will be along to have a knock with you. Will get a game in the near future pal. Welcome to the forum by the way.

That is a shame! Thanks for the advice, Scarthingwell looks like quite a distance. Not ideal as I don't have a car but we will see what materializes! Let us hope so, I have been told the courses round Leeds are great and I need to get in to good shape for Spain in June! That would be good, give me a shout anytime.
