That is pretty rum! Its been rather grey and uninspiring here too but i think we've had more than 5 hours of sun! (Yesterday and today have made up for a disappointing week)

Without seeing the hard facts I would say that North Wales has just had one of the sunniest Novembers on record. Having said that though, I am judging that mainly on the weekends as the weekdays are spent indoors working.
