Launch monitors

Question for anyone who has used Flightscope or the GC2 with HMT.

Good points and bad for both, ease of use, how easy it is to understand the data, etc

I've used Flightscope briefly but never seen the GC2 in action.

I'm going to a demo of the GC2 next week with the idea of maybe installing one where I coach, not really interested in custom fitting or using it as a simulator just yet, used solely for coaching golf.

Opinions from anyone who has used both or either would be greatly appreciated.

My Pro had Flightscope and now has GC2. The GC2 for a start looks way better quality as a piece of equipment, I understand he has no end of problems with the Flightscope, that said it was old and well used. He did a lot of research before buying the GC2 and told me it was a really good bit of kit that even people who own Trackman use for really graphical stuff.

The numbers are easy to read on any launch monitor, like anything you need to know what they mean, I am sure as a coach you know.


Lastly be aware there is an add-on to GC2 for the club face info.
