Latest RBS Mess-up

Evening all,

As some of you may know, RBS have had yet another technical malfunction today leaving >600,000 people without payments! My household was affected with my OH wage not being paid. Led to calls to the bank of mum and dad as well as various other places that may not receive loan repayments/bills as a result! Natwest will pick up the tab for any late payment charges etc, but you would think they would have learned their lesson after being fined not too long ago for a similar problem.

Has anyone else been adversely affected by this issue?

Banked with the RBS for approx. 12 years. The last 3 years have seen no end of problems, two of which cost me hundreds. After complaining, no joy. Took it further, mega pay out twice. We now bank elsewhere.

Honestly, its not printable.... total thieving scumbags, reinforced by FCA rulings twice.

Anyone that still banks with Them needs their heads read.

There was a weird man with a megaphone outside their HQ yesterday, spoiled my lunch a little if I'm honest, but i did chuckle at him a bit! He had some very interesting views!! and ranting at workers of RBS while having a fag/coffee break is going to achieve what exactly?

I bank with RBS, everyone messes up and they "should" sort any issues if you are out of pocket.
