Laptop not accepting password for WiFi

As the title says. Laptop and Sky box will not connect as saying password is incorrect .
Have reset WiFi password and both phones and HID laptop connect fine but not mine and nor the sky box.
In my LT in manage networks the Network doesn't show up as saved but as an available network 🙄🙄
Am flummoxed 😭

Nope not that and that wouldn't explain the sky box issue 😭

I am experiencing the same problem. Have just started a new contract with a company called Airband. They supplied the router etc. And we are continually being asked to enter the password and subsequently being informed it’s incorrect. The GV seems ok, it’s mainly the phones that seem to have the problem. I can’t seem to connect the sky at all.

I've been having the same problem lately with my desktop PC, which is also running Windows 10. I found a temporary solution in following these steps:

Click the wifi symbol in system tray.
Click 'Network & Internet Settings'
In left hand panel, click WiFi > manage known networks > highlight your home network and select 'forget'. Restart laptop and then go through the initial set up process again.

I've not been able to find the root cause but this definitely helped.

Yup done that a fair few times , HID is also on Windows 10 and she was able to forget the Network and then log on ok 👍

You probably need a replacement router.
