Lambswool sweater

Does anyone know where I can get good quality lambswool sweaters from these days? most of them are well overpriced see through rubbish. HID has had real trouble getting good quality ones for me without spending £70 or more.

That looks pretty nice,i know what you mean about see through i got a galvin green sweater and if i wear a striped t-shirt underneath you can see it and it cost more than the national debt

I usually get Cutter & Buck or a Glenmuir club jumper (with club badge from my pro. Both are decent enough and seem to keep their shape

I get mine at M&S. What's the point of paying double the price to get a Nike logo?

do decent enough ones at £22 + postage which is ok. I have one and it's done ok wear wise.

I had a couple of Ashworth jumpers last year and they are good, just need stretching after washing whilst wet.

I'm with algar5, Slaters they do Pringle and Lyle & Scott as well and you really can't go wrong with any of the models stock by Slaters. They are even online.

I was in AG looking at the Nike one and was disappointed they used a foam filler tucked into the jumper to make it feel thicker than it was. Fly B'stards.

Have to agree unless they've got some form of protection M&S lambswool is something we all now. For something a bit lighter try Gap; they have Pima Cotton jumpers

I once got 3 for £70 in AG but after the first wash they now fit my old Action Man. On the other hand I've got a Lyle and Scott I've had for 20 years and looks like it's just out the polly bag. Shame about the colour. Burgundy was so a la mode in those days!. Quality kit. You get what you pay for.
