I went yesterday. Watched Cheyenne Woods and Mel Reid for 9 holes and then dropped back to watch Carly Booth. Cheyenne made the cut despite taking a 9 on the Par-5 2nd hole. Carly hit 2 magnificent shots onto that hole and made a 2 putt birdie, but then putted like a 28 handicapper for the rest of the round to miss the cut by 2 shots. Methinks she should spend less time in the gym (she hits the ball miles btw) and more time practicing her chipping and putting!

I had a free golf lesson and got a couple of useful pointers on improving my game. Apparently I swing too much from in to out. All in all a very enjoyable day.
