Springing from the External People getting involved on ruling decisions when not even asked thread.
I've done a little bit of research and can't find any reason why Ladies and Gents can't have different sets of Local Rules. Might be confusing playing a mixed foursiomes match - but can't see anything saying local rules have to be consistent. After all SIs can be, and usually are, different - why not local rules - maybe even only for one specific scenario players might encounter.
Just wondering.
