Hi guys I'm struggling with the kuro kage stiff shafts In my Adams fairway woods, I find them hard work probably to stiff any suggestions

Cut them in half and put them in the wheelie bin?

These are pretty soft shafts, given they are branded stiff. Almost anyone should be able to get a tune out of them. Could you ever hit them, or is this a recent issue?

The few Ive tried go way too high with too much spin, felt like a reg shaft to me.

not much help, but i would and try a few other shafts.

I have an adjustable '18* XTDti' hybrid with the stiff 'Matrix hQ3' shaft in, it's a bit of a sledge hammer to say the least, I use it out to around the 200yd mark off the T's and fairways to very good effect (in fact my driver has been relegated to the locker for the foreseeable future) I think the standard shaft for the fairway woods and hybrids are the 'Matrix' shafts, I'm very interested to hear what the '13.5*XTDti/3-wood' is like but as your having a bit of a love/hate relationship with yours I don't suppose there's much point in asking your opinion, hope this helped anyway...
