When you hold the putter in both hands you're anchoring it against your hands...
Anchoring refers to anchoring to a pivot point like the chest or stomach.
The idea is to ensure that the putter is swung freely.
Yes, it is anchored to his wrist and forearm but he is still swinging the club free from a third pivot.
 
I'm more worried about the lift and wave thing he does at the start of his backswing... every time I see it I think he's going to whack it miles offline!
