Guys, anyone help me in pointing me somewhere to help? had 3 operations on my knees for torn meniscus in the past, has left me with about 40% in one knee and 60% in the other after removing the rubbish. I really want to start up running again, but today for example, anything over 1K my knees will just swell and hurt like hell. I know running is not the greatest thing for dodgy joints, but anyone point me toward some physio, exercises, advice?
