Played a lot of golf this weekend due to matches and deadlines and am now lying in bed cream crackered.
Yesterday we had a league match which we won pretty comfortably, helped by a lovely holed 30 yarder from yours truly to end the match.
This morning I played Mixed Greensomes and saw some parts of the course I didn't know existed. Had a great time though and won on the last. Made even more sweet by it being the first time my partner had won a knockout match so she was all smiley!
This afternoon we had a cup match in our big local tourney. Managed to win mine and played very solid against some good players. We squeaked a 1up in the second pair and our last pair lost giving us a 2-1 lead for the return leg.
Great weekend of golf but feel I should have been collecting sponsorship. I'm just pleased that my game seems back on track after a bit of a wobble over the last few weeks.
