I am considering joining this golf club soon and was wandering if there was any feedback on the course or clubhouse?? Really interested in what any1 knows, heard mixed reports.

Its been about 10 years since I played it, but from what I remember it was ok, few good holes, but is quite hilly, could be a bit of a slog at times.
Other courses within a few miles that I would say are better tracks are East Kilbride (Nerston) and Cathkin Braes, dont know how these compare in price though?

I've played Kirkhill a few times and I really like it...lobthewedge is right though, it is very hilly. I would have considered joining here but I play with my dad a lot and Kirkhill would do him in 
East Kilbride would get my vote...don't ask about the clubhouse though...

Cathkin all the way if you can afford it. Great course.

Agreed. Kirkhill is probably the worst one in the area, Cathkin, EK, Sandyhills all far superior.
