By bringing the ball back in his stance it meant the clubhead was just short of squaring itself at point of impact, so it would have been aiming just a tad right of target when he connected.
So as long as his stance was a fraction more to the right than that he would have been playing a push draw with right alignment.
Phew......
I think we got away with it.

in comparison to the big hitters maybe but his yardages are actually not that bad.his average with the driver is over 280 yrds and most of the time he is in and around 290 so not that short.
