Just shot 91 in my first summer of golf...

I just wanted to share my delight at shooting 91 in my 13th round.

I've been playing for exactly 3 months now and I'm chuffed to bits.

I shot an eagle on the first hole and then went on to make another 5 pars.

If it wasn't for a bad couple of holes, I could/should have shot much better.

I only broke 100, two weeks ago.

I know I won't shoot that low gain for a while but I'm really happy with my round today.

My target for next summer was to break 90 but maybe I will have to aim higher after today.

get in there, aim high, best thing is to learn to play your course. always play your tee shot with the mindset of where to play your second

Yet you didn't like your tutor's methods? Whatever she's doing it's certainly working. You must be practicing like mad.

I've learnt everything from my playing partner. She taught me next to nothing. As soon as my mate showed me a few things, I shaved 29 shots off my score.

I have been practising a hell of a lot.

I was getting low 90's a few weeks ago but now its been going badly for me scorewise back into the 100+ areas..DEMORALISING and FRUSTRATING
Although picked up a bit today 2nd 9 after awful 1st 9 inc a 9 at a par 4....AFTER that hole went and shot 7 bogeys in a row which im over the moon with as a 25 hcapper....then went and had my only bad hole on the back 8 at the par 3 next hole.....tee shot landed on green 20 foot away and i went and 4 putted to double bogey...SICKENING....still well happy with my 46 total back 9 (and managing to bogey the par 3 18th 190 yards after hitting trees off the tee at the 100 yard mark and being stuck in them )after really struggling lately and getting on a right downer about my golf as for the 1st time a few days ago I started to LOSE ENTHUSIASM for playing,which concerned me.
