Afternoon guys!

Went to my course this morning with two mates for my first round without the cack-handed grip!

Had lesson Friday, hit 100 balls on range yetserday, so thought may as well try it!

Weather was a bit off, got to the turn in 62 with some decent holes and a few horrific moments! :D Felt like swapping back to old ways on the 10th, but stuck with it and hit 45 on the way in! Was absolutley delgithed with it!

Really difficult at times, and got a long way to go but chuffed to bits with that in those conditions! Short term pain, long term gain!

So just wanted to share the news and say a big thank you to all the guys here for the encouragement!

:p

Well done mate! New techniques always take ages to get used to. I used to use the interlock grip but that made causes to much tension in my upper body. Now I use the overlapping grip and it's much better but is taking some getting used to.

It always feels like i'm gonna let go of the club on the follow through!
