Now it's not quite Bubba-style, but it's not far off.

Guy who I've played men's matches against has started selling clubcrown products, and offered me a free driver wrap as Captain (I've had some good freebies in my year!).

I wasn't sure upon looking at their website that I really wanted one, as some of them are pretty hideous, some are pretty loud, and some are pretty off-putting.

I found they also do solid colours, and as my Ping G10 is orange shafted with a bit of orange on the sole, I thought, "Why not!".

So, I've now got a G10 that looks like this:

The colour is deeper in reality (think EasyJet). I'm really rather happy with it.

Other designs can be found here.

And now to wait for the ridicule! ;)

Quote ironic, the other day I was thinking about all the different colour drivers and how companies are making huge money pimping them airbrush style...... With a mate that's a sign writer I wonders about wrapping a head... Now this pops up,

Game on bratty, set trends don't follow them

Cheers all (except Gareth).

Can't say I've ever been called a trend setter...! Surprised there's not more haters though.

Are they all the same shape and size?

They're fitted in a weird way, but yes, all the same size to begin with. I think they have smaller ones for fairway woods.

A thin piece of tape is stuck around the crown above the face, the transfer is then applied and heated and smoothed over the crown and tape. Once done, the thin piece of tape has a wire running through it, and is then pulled off, which separates the waste part of the transfer from the crown. Difficult to describe, but hopefully that makes sense.
