I'm stuck over in Mansfield in a few weeks with Odvan (I'd better take a good book, or a crossword). Sunday March 29th, to be precise, and was going to book Worksop for £22 which is a great Sunday price.

However, seen a few people mention bondhay and thinking to ask the forum first, or any other recommendations within 30 minutes of Worksop.

Hallamshire and Lindrick arent options, so anywhere to recommend for Sunday winter golf, or how good are Worksop and Bondhay?

Have you got a county card Pete? Might give you a few options?

Bondhay is littered with trees, won't suit your power fade LB

Worksop over Bondhay every day of the week.

We play the Army Regionals every year at Worksop, really good track and a good test, well worth it mate

Playing notts and sherwood the next day, so avoiding them two.

I have a county card which is hopefully being signed and stamped by our sec this week.

If Worksop is good, might stick with that.

Can't comment on other courses mentioned, but I far preferred Bondhay over Worksop, as I was underwhelmed by the latter's layout and feel. I believe a couple of the other chaps I played with felt the same (Wayman and Full throttle).
