Just as you think its coming together you have a shocker, lol

I struggle to shift my weight and always drop back onto my back foot trying to lift the ball in the air, this gives me a massive slice too. I take my practice swing, feels lovely, transfer weight spot on. Take my shot, nope fell back again.

Its so frustrating, was pinging my irons great thought its mainly on the big dog. I can only think its me tryng to thrash the hell out of the ball.

Oh well, off to the course again today, anyone else have a white hand like michael jackson?

haha, I had one all last summer. Now making a concerted effort to take it off between shots & putting without it seems better.
If i time taking it off right I get the velcro ripping noise just at the top of my mates backswing.....

Sometimes i've forgotten to put it back on for tee shots / irons, and I'm not sure it makes any difference to the shot so don't know why i bother really!

I'm not saying this is guaranteed to help but it might be worth trying.
On your backswing, think about your weight transferring to the inside of your right (rh?) foot.

Similarly, thinking about the weight moving to the inside of your left foot on your downswing helps prevent too much lateral movement of your hips towards the target, if you suffer from that too.
