Junior Golf Waterproofs

My little nephew is golf mad and wants some waterproofs for his ninth birthday or at least a waterproof top. No point in me spending a fortune as he will grow out of it in a year (plus I do not have the cash for the Galvin Green one he saw online). Anyone seen any decent junior waterproofs that are quality but are not going to cost 3 figures.

My daughter has got Sunderland junior waterproofs which are excellent and pretty good value.
