Going for a Mizuno fitting on wednesday at Carnoustie golf shop, does anyone own them or demoed them they looking cracking irons had a look at them today when i booked my fitting, still miss my MX300 irons i had a while back

I have had them a couple of months now and I really like them. They look great, one of the main reasons I bought them and they do feel good if I manage to hit them out the centre. They are also just as forgiving and as long as my old wilson di7s. Overall very happy with the upgrade and can see them in my bag for a long while.

Ive the JPX 825 pro Steve and i can't see these being anything but cracking clubs.

the only down side i have found is delicate shots rocket off the face, but apart from that, i gained 10 yards per club and they are so easy to hit it like cheating;)

I tried them last week out of interest. Also tried the mp15 and h5 I think from memory. Jpx 850 forged was far and away the better club in my view. If I was in the market for new irons they would be on the shortlist.

Similar perspective from me. I have had them for a couple of months - very nice, similar distance to JPX 800 (not pro) but so much more feel - great clubs, just need to improve the percentage of good shots! :D

Deffo try the mp53 or 54 as well , when I was fitted I was dead set on the 850 , but when I hit the mp53 the feel was amazing not quite as long as the 850 but the feel was so much better and my dispersion was much better , with the 850 1 shot would bullet about 165 then the next would be about 150 how the hell are you supposed to know you distances the mp53 was much more consistent

I'm interested in this upgrade too ( jpx 800 to jpx 850 forged)
