Jimbooo's swing evolution 2010-2013 (video)

Looking through all my swing vids since 2010 and couldn't believe how many there were, and how different my swing was in my first lesson.

For those interested I've compiled a bunch of them into this video...

I really started to hit the ball much better from about August 2013 (right when I actually started to understand more about my swing). Up until that point.............. well, you decide.

I've always said I love your swing, but definitely the 2013 version, not the earlier edit!!!!

Cheers guys. :thup: I guess at the start of the video I would have been 20+ HC (can't remember exactly), and now I'm bordering single figures, so pretty happy really. I can see I wasted a lot of time through my ignorance/experimenting and not really know what I was doing. I didn't really start to significantly improve until 2013.

Ball flight-wise I've always struggled with longer clubs to hit a draw, but recently I've started to get this to work too.

Some of those early swings make me cringe! :rofl:

It was bloomin' hot and I didn't have my usual cap... was just to protect my head from burning!

I do not have that problem fortunately. Seriously though all looks good. What HCP are you? Must be single figs I would have thought

Interesting video, love the Shawn Clement parts You already had your right arm glued to your side when we met. April this year your swing really moved forwards.... then backwards as you started swinging over the top (LOL). Glad you liaised with Dan as it's good to hear someone else tell you you're on the right path, all in all I'd say you've done brilliantly in an approx 10month span and it's about time you got your ass out onto the course more often!

Can't comment on the swing ........ What do I know about the golf swing?

You look to have aged 5 years during the process but I guess wondering whether you'll get chucked out of a range with James is ageing!!
