Surrey Tour event today with J.S, Oddsocks and yours truly teeing off together, and joined by Bertie (5) for a thoroughly enjoyable round.

Cutting to the chase - both JS and Bertie had short putts on 18 and both lipped out; so they shot 73 and missed out on Level par rounds. Shame.

Excellent golf from both to come 1st (41) and 2nd (39) - not bad off 3/4 handicap and a few heads were shaken when the scores were read out :thup:

There's a rumour that Oddsocks is next up for the trousers but who believes rumours nowadays?

Genuinely 100%. I really do feel confident with them and feel like I can take on shots I wouldn't have done otherwise. I was -1 gross back nine because I just like I could whack everything as far as I liked down the fairway, then straight at the flag.

I know I sound like a broken record, but the gear is fantastic. :thup:
