Ours is open, slogged my way through 9 holes this morning to see how my ankle faired, and lets be honest course should still be shut, and probably will be again by the morning if the forecast is close to correct

This is my thinking this weekend and probably next, we played the Brabazon last Sunday and despite being showered with sunshine for 4 hours the course was very wet and there where some real boggy patches in the rough. The tee boxes, fairways and the greens where fantastic but I'm no pro so spend half of my time in the rough.

Range session tomorrow and my first lesson since Summer on Sunday. The course will still be there in a few weeks...

The rain however has been coming down since about 2pm and is set to rain all night.

We've not missed a full weekend as yet (lost 1 Saturday) though last weekend was a bit borderline - I reckon it would have been closed in the same condition midweek!
