After submitting my three cards, I am now officially an 11 handicapper. I worked it out to 12 (11.9), using the Congu guide, but I'm not complaining. I also have absolutely no chance of playing to it so some 0.1's are on the way I think

As you say, a gross differential of 13 would produce 11.9 using the formula, BUT, it is truncated down to 11.
