..... until I can hit the road at 5 and head to Campbeltown for the weekend :D

Machrihanish mid-morning tee time tomorrow and a 9am tee time at Machrihanish Dunes on Sunday.

Given the light nights there will no doubt be more golf played at one of these courses or at Dunaverty if the weather plays along.

Some fresh sea food, a few pints and a few single malt nightcaps, what's not to get excited about?

Sounds like a good trip, Arran is a special place, scene of many teenage adventures when we went camping there during the School holidays. 4 hormone-laden teenage boys, 4 bicycles, 1 tent and no money - what could go wrong...

You said it - a fortnight of unbroken sunshine and 20C in the West and just as we head out the heavens open.

Never mind it can't be as bad as the day at Glasgow Gailes. #biblicalrain

lets hope they have got the forecast wrong as usual... or is it only wrong when they predict good weather:(
